McCoy Manila is seeking an Account Executive to join our team of innovators. In this role, you’ll leverage your proven experience in selling advanced technology solutions and managing accounts to promote our versatile platform. Our sales team partners with industry leaders to showcase the transformative impact of SAP solutions. You’ll support customers in reaching their immediate business objectives while preparing them for future success.
This position plays a key role in McCoy’s ongoing growth and digital transformation efforts, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. You will manage a mix of new and existing accounts, focusing on expanding McCoy’s footprint by securing new clients and driving growth within our current customer base.
You Will Be Responsible For:
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Identify business leads, industry and customer buying intelligence. Develop customers and own opportunity management start-to-finish across multiple customer targets and functions
Build McCoy’s business value throughout the selling engagement. Navigating sophisticated prospect environments to align the prospect around the McCoy solution and service portfolio
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
Apply McCoy’s value-based selling methodology and tools to run sales processes and accurately forecast business
Building strong relationships with the new portfolio of clients.
Responsible for the development, execution and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations and proposals.
Meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Ideal Profile:
You have at 2-3 years' experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Software industry or SAP industry.
You have excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills, ability to interface with business and information technology. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
A Team player with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders both within the organization and within client organization.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
