Account / Customer Service Manager - Virtual Restaurants

A growing company in the virtual kitchen industry is seeking an Account Manager (Contractor) to oversee the management, operations, and success of our virtual restaurant storefronts. This role is pivotal as we scale operations across the US.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and maintaining store marketing on Doordash, UberEats, and Grubhub
- Adjusting special hours for each storefront on Doordash, UberEats, and Grubhub
- Troubleshooting restaurant tablets remotely through Esper
- Calling and assisting restaurants with technology issues, including tablets and printers
- Handling customer feedback and issues over the phone
- Assisting delivery drivers with their questions over the phone
- Replying to online reviews from customers
- Building menus on Deliverect using pictures and descriptions provided to you
- Maintenance of storefronts on Doordash, Grubhub and UberEats to ensure accurate pictures, pricing, descriptions, marketing campaigns, and hours of operation

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Minimum 70 Mbps internet speed.
- Proficient with online tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Accurate and thorough attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.
- Responsible handling of sensitive information.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Customer service experience with a US-based company.
- Previous experience in the restaurant services industry.

Working Hours:
-This will be a contractor position for ~40 Hours Per Week
