(AUS) Accountant or CPA-Full Time

Our client is an Australian based company and has built his business on servicing his customers to the highest standard.
 
At present he is looking for a full time accountant or CPA to work within his team.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Accounts Payable: Create and manage bills using Xero or MYOB
- End-to-End Accounts Receivable: Draft and send invoices and credit notes using Xero or MYOB
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform accurate bank reconciliations using Xero or MYOB
- Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform accurate reconciliation for company credit card
- Weekly Financial Margin Reporting: Weekly reporting on financial analysis of each country
- Payroll: Checking accurate, timetracker is being adhered to, correct invoicing supplied
- Month-End Financial Reports: Help in the preparation and review of month-end financial reports
- Processing Financial Information: Manage and process financial data accurately.
- EOY Reporting: Prepare and finalize end-of-year financial reports
- Monthly Tax/GST: Reporting & preparation for Australian or NZ Government for payment

Requirements
- CPA or Experienced Accountant: Specialization in Cost, Financial, Tax accounting, etc.
- Knowledge of Australian or New Zealand &/or Accounting: Familiarity with Australian or New Zealand &/or accounting standards and practices
- Payroll Experience would advantageous
