How You’ll Make an Impact:

??Manage Multiple Portfolios: Oversee a diverse range of client accounts, ensuring deadlines for tax lodgments, BAS, payroll tax, and financial reporting are consistently met with precision.
??Ensure Compliance: Prepare and review tax lodgments, financial statements, and other deliverables to ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and accounting standards.
??Use Xero Tools Effectively: Leverage Xero Accounting, Xero Practice Manager, and related software for accurate client management, reporting, and workflow oversight.
??Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, responding to inquiries promptly and maintaining clear, professional communication.
??Provide Strategic Advice: Use your expertise to guide clients on tax strategies, financial planning, and business performance improvement.
??Deliver High-Quality Work: Collaborate with directors and the broader team to ensure all outputs meet the firm’s high-quality standards.



What We’re Looking For – You’re the perfect fit if you:

??Have extensive experience working in an Australian Accounting firm, including tax lodgment, BAS, payroll tax, and compliance reporting.
??Are proficient in Xero Accounting, including Xero Practice Manager and related tools.
??Have a proven track record of managing multiple client portfolios across industries, ensuring deadlines and commitments are consistently met.
??Excel in communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
??Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail to deliver accurate, compliant financial work.

??Familiarity with Australian corporate structures, including trusts, SMSFs, and partnerships.
??Experience with monthly and quarterly reporting for Australian clients.

The firm is seeking candidates with exposure to public practice accounting, particularly those familiar with tax filings and lodgments.
