We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Company Accountant to join a well-established Lifting and Rigging business within the manufacturing and construction industry in Australia. How You’ll Make an Impact

Provide financial leadership and support to the Financial Controller.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims across all subsidiaries.
Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for multiple entities.
Utilize and oversee NetSuite to maintain financial accuracy and system efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, taxation requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, external auditors, tax advisors, and various departments.
Lead process improvements within the financial systems to enhance reporting and workflows.


What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

Have proven experience in Australian company accounting (non-negotiable), ideally within service-based, manufacturing, or construction industries.
Possess mandatory proficiency in NetSuite as a finance ERP.
Are well-versed in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and multi-entity accounting.
Demonstrate strong financial reporting skills and attention to detail.
Are familiar with Australian tax obligations, including BAS, GST, and PAYG.
Communicate complex financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Are proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
