WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 year of work experience as outbound/ inbound sales, account manager, sales executive, customer service or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in assets insurance or similar is an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of CRM is a plus
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle objections
- Integrity, proactiveness, and hunger to achieve daily targets;
- A can-do attitude and the willingness to always go above and beyond what is expected
- At least 25MBPS internet connection and laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM (16GB is desirable)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You'll be expected to do outbound phone prospecting, provide the prospects with indicative finance quotations, and generate sales leads
- Achieve at leastUpgrade to see actual infocalls and hit the goal of 15 forward insurance dates per day
- Maintain a sound relationship with existing clients
