Take full ownership of the loan application process from submission to settlement, ensuring smooth processing with minimal broker intervention. -
Input and verify data in CRM systems.
Complete lender forms and submit applications online.
Process and submit home loan applications following established procedures.
Adhere to outsourcing company's processes post-lodgement.
Keep clients informed throughout the loan process, ensuring customer and broker satisfaction.
Stay updated on lender processes and policies. - Process First Home Owner Grant (FHOG), deposit bond, pricing, valuation, etc. Follow up with lenders and solicitors to ensure timely settlement of applications.
Ensure compliance with legal and customer service standards.
Contact lenders to run scenarios and assess files for suitable lenders based on completed fact finds. - Prepare compliance documents and application forms for clients.
Review lender checklists to identify missing documents for submission.
Request and collect all required supporting documents.
Check Apply Online platform for accuracy, including reviewing credit sections and living expenses.
Address compliance issues and communicate them to the broker.
Assign tasks to broker support team, such as valuation, pricing, and post-submission tasks.
Collaborate with broker support to address queries and Mortgage Insurance Requests (MIRs).
Follow up on leads, arranging appropriate client meetings and coordinating with brokers as necessary.
