We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team and help convert inbound leads into qualified appointments. You’ll play a key role in scaling our client results and creating real Upgrade to see actual infontum for those who work with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contacting warm inbound leads via phone, text, and email
- Qualifying leads using proven scripts and frameworks
- Setting and scheduling appointments on behalf of our team
- Following up with leads that haven’t responded
- Maintaining detailed notes and updating our CRM system
- Collaborating with our success team for seamless hand-offs

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communicator with a confident, professional phone presence
- Organized, dependable, and highly coachable
- Self-motivated and driven to meet performance goals
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and scheduling platforms
- Previous experience in sales, call centers, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
