API developer for CRM booking system for beauty salon

Our beauty salon currently uses Phorest booking software, which has the ability to be customised using open API.
Instead of getting additional CRM software to track leads, marketing and campaign management, I would like to build out our current software to have it do everything we need it to. Some of the functions I need added to this are;
*Email marketing similar to mailerlite - with tags, segmented groups and the ability to create automatic workflows
*Forms - email signups etc
*Omni-channel communication - one hub where we can see all incoming client communication from social media, email, google business listing and phone (currently using VOIPline as our phone provider)
*The ability to create automations similar to manychat on social media posts as part of a targeted marketing campaign
*Integration with meta ads (phorest does have an integration currently but it's features are limited)
*Ability to create premium consultation forms to allow us to use our ipad in salon to draw an in-person treatment planning with apple pen.
*custom reports and KPI dashboard for easy tracking
*integrate a client membership/subscription platform (we are currently looking into "aglow")
*Finish developing our salon app for appstore and playstore - to allow easy online bookings, client log-ins and news/special offers, with the option to allow for push notifications. We are already registered as a developer on the appstore.

This is a large job so well out of our scope and ideally would like it completed as soon as possible, but will be flexible with the right candidate.

Would prefer to pay for the gig rather than hourly but am flexible on this if you are experienced and efficient.
