Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable API and Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting our software systems and CRMs via APIs and webhooks to create a more seamless and automated business process. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can pick up new platforms easily, think strategically about process improvements, and execute automation projects to increase efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

? API and Webhook Integration:
• Connect and synchronize multiple software platforms (CRM, loan origination systems, marketing platforms, etc.) using APIs and webhooks.
• Ensure real-time data flow between systems to eliminate manual data entry and reduce errors.

? Workflow Automation:
• Design and implement automated workflows to improve process efficiency and consistency.
• Create automation for client onboarding, document processing, reporting, and communication.
• Troubleshoot and refine automation processes as needed.

? Process Optimization:
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and develop strategies for improvement.
• Work closely with the operations and sales teams to gather feedback and adjust automation to fit business needs.

? Data Integrity & Reporting:
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across platforms.
• Create automated reporting systems to provide real-time insights into business performance.

Requirements:

?? Strong experience with API integration, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar).
?? Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and data management tools.
?? Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for custom automation.
?? Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new platforms and tools.
?? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
?? Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business terms.
