What You’ll Do:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments (AP).
Create invoices for clients and send via Quickbooks (AR).
Audit invoices against our database for accuracy.
Contact customers via email and phone regarding past-due invoices and coordinate payment collection (AR).
Generate reports on customer account statuses (AR report) and provide updates directly to CEO to ensure timely payment.
Onboard new clients for invoicing and customize their requirements.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to resolve accounting questions efficiently.
Identify and implement technology solutions to improve accounting efficiency while ensuring accuracy.
Perform general bookkeeping duties, including QuickBooks data entry, reconciliations, and bank deposits.

Who You Are:
Experience in AP, AR, or bookkeeping preferred.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail), and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
High integrity with the ability to maintain business confidentiality.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a reliable and dependable work ethic.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team player focused on overall success and collaboration.
Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and interacting professionally with customers and co-workers.
