We are seeking an Amazon Virtual Assistant with specialized expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, specifically in the health and wellness sector. The perfect candidate will have a thorough understanding of Amazon’s policies, best practices for health-related products, and outstanding customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts to improve product visibility and profitability.
Track account health metrics such as Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, and Customer Service Performance to ensure adherence to Amazon’s standards.
Create, edit, and enhance product listings with an emphasis on health-related items, ensuring compliance with FDA and Amazon regulations.
Revise content and images in response to seasonal trends, promotional strategies, and shifts in the health market.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding health products promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Generate reports on sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and customer feedback, analyzing the data to guide decision-making.
Coordinate promotions, deals, and bundles for health products while ensuring compliance with Amazon policies, along with any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, specifically with managing health accounts on Amazon Seller Central.
Knowledge of the health product market and related compliance regulations.
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, listing optimization, and account management strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Suite, and various Amazon tools and software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Previous experience in customer service or sales within the health industry.
MUST be willing to work in EST time zone and comfortable using a time tracker.
