Role Overview:
As our Creative Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing creative strategies that align with our clients' marketing objectives. You’ll work closely with our media buying, data, and account management teams to conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth. Your expertise will ensure that every creative asset not only tells a story but also delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and effective creative strategies that align with client goals and resonate with their target audiences.
Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling ad creatives, copy, and visual assets for digital platforms, including
Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to inform creative concepts and ensure relevance.
Partner with the media buying team to ensure creative assets are optimized for campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze the performance of creative assets, providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to inspire fresh, impactful ideas for marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to creative strategies.
Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams to improve overall brand and campaign performance.
Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners as needed to execute projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Art Director, or in a similar role within the marketing and advertising industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns that achieved measurable success.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including social media and programmatic advertising.
Exceptional ability to translate brand objectives and audience insights into compelling creative concepts.
Strong analytical skills to interpret creative performance data and refine strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and client presentations.
Proficiency in design and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
Knowledge of A/B testing and other optimization methodologies to improve creative effectiveness.
Bonus Skills:
Experience working with DTC brands and eCommerce campaigns.
Familiarity with video production and storytelling techniques.
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they apply to digital advertising.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
