AI/ML Engineer – NLP Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer with a focus on Natural Language Processing to join our team. In this role, you will develop, fine-tune, and deploy NLP models that are critical to our evolving technology platform. You will work closely with our development team to integrate advanced ML capabilities into a scalable application and build a continuous learning pipeline to enhance model performance over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development & Optimization:
Develop and optimize NLP and machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Custom Prompt Engineering:
Implement custom prompt engineering techniques for Large Language Models to achieve precise output generation.

Continuous Learning Pipeline:
Design and manage pipelines that capture user feedback and automate model retraining to continuously improve performance.

Integration & Deployment:
Collaborate with the development team to integrate ML components into our application and deploy models into production environments.

Monitoring & Documentation:
Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and document processes to ensure seamless knowledge transfer within the team.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong experience in NLP and building ML models, preferably with practical experience in custom prompt engineering for LLMs.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience in designing and managing continuous learning systems for model improvement.
Ability to integrate ML components with full-stack applications via APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
