JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview: We are seeking a Remote AI Assistant to support artificial intelligence initiatives, IT-related document review, project coordination, and various technical tasks. This position offers a flexible remote work environment with opportunities to learn and grow in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with AI-related projects and research

Review and analyze IT documentation and technical materials

Support the implementation and testing of AI applications

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources

Schedule and facilitate team meetings and follow up on action items

Track project progress and provide status updates

Organize and maintain project documentation

Collaborate remotely with team members on AI initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Experience with or knowledge of IT systems and documentation

Project coordination or management experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Willingness to learn new AI technologies and methodologies

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AI tools and platforms

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

Familiarity with document management systems

Background in IT, computer science, or a related field

Understanding of data privacy and security principles
