Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI and Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients over video calls to assess needs, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and develop proof-of-concept solutions. You will also help refine and implement these solutions to maximize efficiency. Additionally, you will support our internal teams by creating automations to enhance managed services, marketing, finance, and other operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client-facing AI assessments and discovery sessions over video calls.
Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate AI and automation opportunities.
Build and iterate on solutions based on client feedback to drive long-term efficiency.
Create automations to streamline internal processes in managed services, marketing, finance, and more.
Stay updated on the latest AI and automation technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with tools like Make.com, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Softr, and similar platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in client-facing roles, including conducting assessments and presenting solutions.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with AI concepts, automation workflows, and efficiency-driven solutions.
