AI Workflow Automation Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI Workflow Automation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing intelligent automation workflows to streamline our business processes and improve efficiency. You should be proficient in using automation tools like n8n, and ideally have experience with similar platforms such as Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or Microsoft Power Automate.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop automation workflows using no-code or low-code platforms.
Implement AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance decision-making.
Integrate various applications and systems to create seamless data flow and process automation.
Build and maintain workflows for various business functions, such as sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
Monitor and optimize existing workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and automation.

For instance, a sales agent workflow could be automated as follows:

Lead Generation: A tool identifies and returns potential sales leads.
CRM Integration: Leads are automatically entered and organized within our CRM system.
Automated Outreach: The system initiates contact with the lead via an AI sales agent (e.g., automated call or personalized email).
Call Documentation: The AI agent documents the outcome of the call, including lead qualification and key discussion points.
Follow-up Sequence: Based on the call outcome, automated follow-up sequences (emails, reminders, etc.) are triggered to nurture the lead.
Reporting & Analytics: Workflow performance and lead conversion data are tracked and reported.
Skills:

Proficiency with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), Microsoft Power Automate, or similar platforms.
