AI Specialist/AI Agent Builder

Role Overview:
As an AI Agent Builder, you will design, develop, and optimize AI-powered workflows using N8N and other automation platforms. You’ll research and recommend cutting-edge tools, integrate AI models into automation pipelines, and ensure seamless deployment of AI agents tailored to small business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy AI Agents using N8N and other automation platforms.

Research, evaluate, and recommend new AI tools, frameworks, and software solutions.

Integrate AI models (LLMs, chatbots, automation scripts) into existing business workflows.

Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design AI-driven solutions.

Test and troubleshoot AI agent deployments, ensuring robust and effective implementations.

Document best practices and provide internal training on AI agent development.

Qualifications:
Proven experience working with N8N to build automation workflows.

Strong understanding of AI Agents, including LLMs, chatbots, and workflow automation.

Ability to recommend and integrate new tools, APIs, and automation platforms.

Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations for AI-driven automation.

Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and experience working with AI-powered applications.

Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or other automation platforms.

Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
