What You'll Do
Develop and implement AI-powered chatbots for businesses to improve customer service, sales, and lead generation.
Design and integrate automated workflows across multiple platforms (CRM systems, websites, social media, etc.).
Work with clients to understand their business needs and tailor automation solutions accordingly.
Optimize existing AI tools and workflows for better performance and user experience.
Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies, ensuring that our solutions are always cutting-edge.
Collaborate with other teams (marketing, content creation, sales) to implement AI solutions seamlessly.

Who You Are
You have proven experience in AI, automation, or chatbot development (portfolio or case studies preferred).
Familiar with chatbot platforms like Dialogflow, Chatfuel, ManyChat, or similar.
Experienced in integrating AI chatbots with platforms such as websites, CRMs, or social media.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and how they apply to business automation.
Proficient in coding/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for automation tasks.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for details.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
