AI Programmer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Programmer to design and develop a custom AI chatbot tailored specifically to our company’s needs. This role focuses on creating an advanced AI system that enhances content creation, chat responses, and personalization capabilities, going beyond the limitations of traditional AI platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in AI and machine learning, a creative mindset, and a passion for pushing boundaries. You will work closely with the team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve operational efficiency and elevate the quality of content creation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and build a proprietary AI chatbot to enhance communication tools, ensuring high engagement standards across our platforms.
* Implement features for generating creative captions, content ideas, and personalized responses based on user interactions.
* Develop tools for crafting personalized messages for clients, optimizing communication
for maximum engagement.
* Build functionality for “Model Profiles,” ensuring AI responses reflect distinct personalities for various client pages and styles.
* Integrate AI capabilities to analyze media (images/videos), providing creative captions,
feedback, and suggestions to improve content quality.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and integrating AI tools into existing workflows.
* Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the AI’s functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in AI/ML development, including building and deploying advanced chatbots or similar solutions.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
* Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., GPT models, Transformer models).
* Strong understanding of content workflows, social media platforms, and engagement
trends.
* Ability to develop AI tools responsibly, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal
guidelines.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced
environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote team environment.
