JOB OVERVIEW

We are a global venture studio running multiple projects in media buying, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, wellness, and user-generated content (UGC). Right now, we’re looking for a Media Buyer VA to help manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across different platforms.

We are only looking for people who already use AI daily or are eager to learn and integrate AI into their workflow. If you’re someone who can leverage AI tools to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and generate creative ideas, we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience with performance-driven media buying and understands how to manage ad spend efficiently. If you have worked with Nutra, Wellness, UGC, or DTC brands, that’s a big plus. You’ll be working with our team to test different ad angles, optimize creatives, and analyze campaign data to maximize ROI.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where quick decision-making and adaptability are key. You will collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to ensure that campaigns perform at the highest level. If you enjoy experimenting with different ad formats, testing new platforms, and continuously optimizing, this is the right role for you.

Who we are looking for:

- Someone with hands-on experience in media buying (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other performance marketing platforms).
- A person who understands conversion-driven marketing and knows how to turn ad spend into real revenue.
- Someone who actively uses AI or wants to learn how AI can improve media buying efficiency.
- A strategic thinker who can analyze data, test different ad angles, and optimize for better performance.
- Someone who has worked with Nutra, wellness, UGC, or DTC brands is strongly preferred.
