AI-Loving Amazon / E-Commerce Specialist & Executive Assistant

Intro:
I am looking for a rockstar Amazon & executive assistant to help with several different jobs.
I need someone who is eager to learn new skills and:
- work smarter, not harder - learn and take advantage of new AI tools to improve our online presence and help us sell our products more efficiently and effectively.
- be an Amazon specialist and with training, use the newest AI tools and methods to perform keyword research, optimize listings to maximize conversions (both text and creating infographics), opening and managing cases with seller support, and other issues as they arise; will monitor daily sales, listing performance, keyword performance, and PPC campaigns, conduct keyword research, analyze market trends, and implement SEO strategies to maximize product visibility and sales, generate reports and provide insights on listing performance, market trends, and customer behavior, and identify opportunities for improving product rankings, visibility, and sales through data-driven analysis and optimization
- be organized and create our own SOPs for every process
- create and schedule posts for social media accounts and engage users/influencers
- maintain and update Amazon storefront, Shopify and Faire listings, create and manage discounts on Amazon, manage influencer outreach, arrange shipments of samples to influencers, manage executive’s inbox including replying to emails and organizing existing emails into folders or archiving them and miscellaneous tasks.

The ideal candidate is eager to grow and can also learn how to take on tasks such as taking advantage of new AI tools and managing Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info ad campaigns.
I can train you on most of these tasks.

Compensation:
$4 USD per hour for up to 6 hours per day ($480 per month).

The best candidate:
Needs to have fantastic (American) English
Experience with Amazon FBA businesses
Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva and general graphic design principles
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable working with Amazon flat files and bulk files
