The world has no need for junior programmers. A year from now, graduates will be unable to find any work because AI can already code better and faster than an experienced coder.
As this becomes widespread, what use are graduates, even the best ones? These days, junior means five years of experience because one experienced coder using AI can do the work of ten without it. What is needed is the experience to guide AI, direct it, and solve complex issues at a higher level.

We have an opening for one or two interns with the prospect of good pay for the right person. We have tried hiring people the normal way—multiple interviews and trying to fit them in—and it doesn’t work. AI needs people with agile minds and a humble attitude. With the speed of AI progress, what we did last month is not what we are doing today.
We are looking for full-time people to work from home. We need self-directed individuals who can take responsibility for working alone but still communicate well and collaborate in a team environment.

Personal Requirements:
Excellent grades. Cum Laude!
Preference for fresh graduates who understand that the world is changing and tend to be more willing to adapt.

Compensation & Growth:
Interns will start at $50 per week within 6 months you will be earning 3-4x that amount plus bonuses.
Raises and bonuses will be given quickly if work justifies it
Those who do not meet expectations will not last long
We have found this to be a better way to filter out those with a "can-do" attitude from those who just say they have one
