AI Developer

We’re seeking an AI Developer with expertise in Python and TypeScript to develop innovative scripts, tools, and AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating efficient automation systems and training machine learning models.


Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Python and TypeScript scripts for automation and AI-driven workflows.
- Implement data scraping tools to gather structured data from websites, APIs, and other sources.
- Train and fine-tune machine learning models using diverse datasets to improve performance.
- Create user-friendly websites to showcase AI tools and solutions (examples provided).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful deployment of AI projects.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript for developing scripts and tools.
- Experience with data scraping tools (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium).
- Strong background in machine learning and model training (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
- Solid understanding of backend and frontend development for integrating AI solutions.


Basic Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Consistent and reliable internet connection with minimal downtime.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in basic tools
- Familiarity with communication tools like Discord, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines.
- Must own a reliable computer capable of handling required tasks.

Working Hours:
We are available from 8 AM to 7 PM EST every day to provide feedback, answer questions, and support your work.
You will be asked to work 40 hours a week (Flexible, Monday-Friday)
We observe most Filipino holidays (except All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day).
You will be asked to submit a short End-of-Day (EOD) report every day covering:
- What you accomplished today.
- Any challenges you faced.
- Anything you need from us (tools, clarifications, etc.).
We will review and respond quickly so you can hit the ground running the next day.


Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $8-10/hour depending on experience.
- Bonuses: Bonuses for completed projects or exceeding expectations.
- Tools Provided: Need a ChatGPT Plus account, or other tools? We will provide access to ensure you can work efficiently.
- Payments: Weekly or bi-weekly payments via your preferred method (e.g., PayPal, Payoneer, Wise).
