Role Overview

As an AI Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying repetitive and manual tasks within our business and designing automated workflows to optimize efficiency. You will work closely with our team to integrate AI-driven solutions, ensuring smooth operations across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Analysis & Automation: Review existing SOPs to identify inefficiencies and areas that can be automated.

- Automation Implementation: Utilize Relevance AI, Make.com, and LLMs to build intelligent automation solutions.

- Workflow Optimization: Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows to streamline recurring tasks.

- Tool Integration: Connect automation tools with our existing platforms, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

- Testing & Maintenance: Monitor and optimize AI-driven automations for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for automation processes, ensuring scalability and easy troubleshooting.

Requirements

- Proven experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or process optimization
- Proficiency in tools like Relevance AI, Make.com, Zapier, and LLMs (GPT-based models, etc.)
- Ability to analyze SOPs and recommend the best automation strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug automation workflows
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
