AI Automation Engineer – Marketing Agency (Remote, Full-Time)

Salary: $1,500/month + Performance Bonuses & Raises
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)

Now, we’re looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to help us integrate AI and automation into our operations—streamlining workflows, optimizing performance, and driving efficiency across the agency.

The Role
As our AI Automation Engineer, you’ll work directly with our leadership team to develop, test, and implement AI-driven automation that improves our business operations.

Your mission? Identify opportunities, build smart solutions, and make our processes more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement AI automation solutions for our internal workflows
Integrate APIs, automation tools, and AI models into our marketing tech stack
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose automation strategies
Build internal tools, chatbots, or AI-driven scripts to optimize operations
Work with our team to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
Keep up-to-date with the latest AI and automation trends to drive innovation

Who We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: You’ve successfully built AI-driven automation for businesses before.
Technical Skills: Strong background in Python, JavaScript, APIs, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, OpenAI, etc.).
AI & Machine Learning Knowledge: Experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), NLP, or AI frameworks is a huge plus.
Problem-Solver: You don’t just follow instructions—you find problems, propose solutions, and take initiative.
Proactive & Business-Minded: You understand how businesses work and can spot opportunities to improve workflows.
Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You write clean, scalable code and ensure automations run smoothly without issues.
Team Player: You communicate clearly, work well with non-technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and explain solutions in simple terms.
