Apex Solutions is hiring! We’re looking for a proven agency to fill 5 remote full-time dialer seats for our fast-paced debt collection team.

???? Schedule:

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST (8 paid hours)
???? Pay:

$3/hour for first 45 days
Raises after 45 days for agents who perform
Paid bi-monthly ($259.80 per agent per payout)
???? Must-Haves:

Agency with collection or outbound sales experience
Ability to scale with us long-term
Agents that create incalls that turn into closed deals
Strong English, confident tone, aggressive and focused
???? Requirements:

250–300 manual calls/day per agent
Live video + work screenshots during shift
Daily reports & full accountability
