Hiring: ADS MANAGER / Lead Generation EXPERT to create ad campaigns

Customize messaging and offers to resonate with different segments.
5. Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign goals and audience preferences.
6. A/B Testing and Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests on various elements of campaigns (e.g., ad copy, creatives, landing pages) to identify the most effective strategies.
Use insights from testing to optimize campaigns for better performance.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
Compile comprehensive reports on campaign performance, insights, and learnings.
Use analytics to inform future campaigns and strategies.
8. Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all campaigns comply with legal standards and platform policies.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Additional Considerations:
