ADS CREATIVE DESIGNER WANTED FOR MULTIPLE 6-FIGURE FASHION E-COMMERCE BRAND

My team and I are looking for a new team member to join our amazing fashion eCommerce dropshipping business team.

Currently, we are in need of someone who will be responsible for the most important task of this business: creating compelling ad creatives.

It's essential that you are experienced with eCommerce/dropshipping and have a strong background in ad design.

You will research market trends and collaborate closely with the Business Manager to create perfect ad image templates that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and design engaging and high-performing ad creatives for our eCommerce products.

Collaborate with the Manager to develop effective ad strategies and concepts.

Continuously test and optimize ad creatives based on performance metrics.

Ensure all ad creatives align with our brand identity and messaging.

Results:

Deliver ad creatives that significantly increase click-through rates and conversion rates.

Contribute to the overall growth and success of our advertising campaigns.

Help drive higher ROI on our marketing spend through effective ad designs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in creating successful ad creatives for eCommerce/dropshipping businesses.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).

Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Ability to analyze performance data and adjust designs accordingly.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Trainee rate: €4/hour
