A Youtube shorts Roblox content creator

I need someone to create roblox short videos for a youtube shorts channel.
All content will be created by yourself such as the footage, ai voiceover and captions if necessary
You must have previous experience making similar videos, and have proof of this sent to me.
I require 1 video a day, and in the first month the total views on the videos must reach 10 million views
I will pay a base rate of $3 per video, and there are lots of bonuses which can be achieved through high quality videos and viral videos.
You must provide me with a sample video before i hire you.

It is not negotiable within the first month of work
