Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Cold Call Specialist or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and build strong relationships.
2. Exceptional & strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging communication style.
3. Strong knowledge of cold calling techniques and best practices, including effective questioning, objection handling, and relationship-building strategies.
4. Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to manage and track leads, contacts, and activities.
7. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
8. Adaptability to recognize your audience/prospect, and change communication and tones while on the sales call.
9. Strong rebuttal and responding to rejections skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
