Real Estate Email Responder

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Email Responder to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Email Responder will be to handle email communications with realtors regarding offers we have placed on homes. We use a system called Streak as an email based CRM so prior experience using this system is a plus. Real estate experience is preferred however is not required, as we provide on-the-job training. We are looking for someone with excellent typing skills and strong communication abilities.


Responsibilities:


Respond to emails from realtors regarding our offers on homes in a timely and professional manner

Draft clear, concise, and accurate email responses

Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all written communications

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure consistent and effective communication


Qualifications:


Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

Exceptional written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Proficiency in email and other communication platforms

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Preferred Qualifications:


Prior experience in real estate or related industry

Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
