We are Looking for 1 staff member to accurately respond to student questions, complaints, refund requests, and cancellation requests via email, live chat and phone support. We are also looking for this person to call out to welcome new students and answer phone support on their phone and accurately answer questions and direct student to the correct place.

The perfect candidates for this position will be:
*Pleasant in tone

*Willing and eager to help Students solve issues
*Trusting and dependable
*Ability to follow accurate directions
*Must be computer saveyy
*Required to work on Hubstaff with time tracking
*Must speak clear with the ability to articulate their words.
*Must take good direction
*Customer service experience required
*No noisy backgrounds.
*Must like to talk to and help people
