To Apply: Please complete all the questions (incomplete applications will not be reviewed) in the google form: Upgrade to see actual info Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive underwriting on single family rental homes, taking into account market conditions, property values, and rental rates. Applicant does not need to know how to underwrite; however, they need to be detail oriented and be able to follow step by step directions. - Perform extensive research to gather and analyze data relevant to our target markets. - Compile and maintain detailed records and databases of potential properties. - Interact with other real estate professionals, landlords, and tenants, as necessary. - Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and communication tasks. - Maintain and manage organizational systems for efficient workflow. - Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements: - Completion of IQ test, DISC assessment and English test. - Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken (C2 Mastery highly desirable). - Exceptional typing skills with a speed greater than 100 words per minute. - Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms for research, data management, and communication. Must have strong and reliable internet access. - Basic understanding of real estate terms and principles, particularly in relation to single family rental properties. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. - Strong research skills and the ability to quickly and effectively gather and analyze information. - Comfortable with receiving direction and executing tasks accordingly. - A proactive attitude, with the initiative to be a self-starter. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Comfortable with learning new software programs - Ability to meet on Zoom or Google Meets as part of the interview process and as needed. - Familiarity with the real estate markets in Texas, Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia would be considered a strong asset.
