Are You a Pro Video Editor? (For YouTube, Socials & Podcast)

My name is Nick and I run a Website (Outliyr), a podcast (Mind Body Peak Performance Podcast), and 2 YouTube channels (Outliyr Human Performance & Mind Body Peak Performance).

I’ve done virtually all of my video podcast and YouTube editing over the last two years and am looking for help. I've used Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) exclusively. I'm now opening this role to those with mastery of other tools too, but I prefer FCPX.

Primary weekly responsibilities would be:
- 1-2 YouTube videos
- 2 snippets

After editing the videos, we will cut a total of 2-4 snippets and repurpose for vertical video/social media.

If you're able to do podcasts, that's an option too.

Knowledge of WordPress basics, Notion for project management, and a captioning app like CapCut are helpful. Bonus points if your video editing software is compatible/can export to FCPX (like Lumafusion).

Your work schedule would be very flexible.

This position will start out part-time, with the intention of going full-time as you prove your abilities over the first 60 days. Previously, we’ve increased the rate & total hours of successful employees by 20% within 3 months.
