Finance Assistant

Zulay Kitchen is looking for a Finance Assistant. This is a full time position with a booming e-commerce company that sells amazing kitchen products.

This position encompasses three main activities:
1) Invoicing customers, daily follow up on due invoices, collecting all income, email collections on past-due accounts, and keeping QuickBooks and income filing complete and up-to-date.
2) Running the Amazon reimbursements vendors and supplying them with the documents needed to bring in an ever-increasing amount of Amazon reimbursements.
3) Recording and verifying marketplace sales and payments. You will also compile reports from your area to be forwarded to management for the running of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Familiarity with Airtable and Google Sheets is preferred.
2. Required Skills: Quickbooks, Excel, including the following functions: VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, formatting data as tables, and Pivot Tables.
3. Knowledge of bookkeeping actions and principles.
4. Good attention to detail, methodical approach, care, ability to notice and correct errors in numbers and information
5. Strong ability to learn new things and adapt standard procedures as the reporting environment and needs change, and an ability to present data in a concise and easy-to-understand format.
6. Good in written and spoken English.
7. All candidates must be available to work M-F from 9:00AM-6:00PM EST (Clearwater FL time).
