Appointment Setter (Voice) - Remote

About the role:

As our Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for our potential customers, providing them with first-class service while boosting our sales for our high-ticket product.


Your Tasks:
Cold calling potential customers using a given phone directory.
Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
Using scripts to provide information about our product's features, prices, and benefits.
Setting up appointments for our sales team to meet with potential customers.
Documenting customer information, responses, and feedback.
Reporting back to the team about customer interactions and appointments set.
Meeting or exceeding appointment setting and quality goals.



Requirements:
A quiet workspace free of distractions.
High-speed internet connection.
Computer with webcam for team meetings and training.
Experience in telemarketing or similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available Monday through Friday during Central Standard Time (CST).
Compensation:
