HR RECRUITER

ROLE
The RAINMAKER FAMILY is looking for a skilled HR RECRUITER who will recruit and support our team in finding new dedicated and qualified team members through developing hiring policies and other necessary hiring documents. You will be responsible for recruitment tasks and you’ll contribute to our company's growth and expansion.. If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, we are excited to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to Stephen and Chelsey Diaz and The Rainmaker Family in building a bigger and stronger team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Successfully finish the 1-2 weeks onboarding
Create 4R Documents for the new roles
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the recruitment process
Update the monday.com recruitment board
Conduct slack interview

RESULTS

Well-monitored human resource/recruitment platforms like OnlineJobsPH
Organized Recruitment Boards and Applicants Profiles
Effective and efficient Recruitment Process
Well written 4R Documents, Job Descriptions, and Job Ads
At least 5-10 QUALIFIED CANDIDATES for Initial Screening/Interview

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or any other HR-related position
Knowledge of HR functions
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in using Monday.com is a plus
Excellent understanding and experience with Google Workspace
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics and reliability

Time
No required work hours
This is a project based position
This position is remote. So, you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
Using Clockify as a timetracker is required

Compensation
Pay is 4 USD per hour
We expect at least 8-10 hours per project or per recruit
