We are a rapidly unfolding digital agency with our HQ in Toronto, Canada and we’re 100% remote work.
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the day-to-day marketing strategies & implementations of our Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic, customer-obsessed, performance-oriented digital marketer.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will become our expert and be expected to set the overarching strategies for paid ads & social media and monitor their expanding reach through multi-channel marketing, and measuring their performance via ROI.
Our team consists of creative industry lovers, advertising admirers and storytelling aficionados. We're creating the stuff for the internet that gets people to websites and making purchases online.

In this role, you’ll be working directly in an account manager role with our clients and our creative team department. YOUR ROLE
Read, write & communicate in English fluently
Develop personalized marketing launch plans for 3, 6, 12 months and set the KPIs for Clients and MK Way,
Measure the marketing plan effectiveness of various local brand accounts you’ll be working on
Strategize, implement and manage SEM & SMM campaigns from end-to-end from execution to increasing ROAS
Conducting and reporting research surrounding target audience identification, competitive analysis, qualitative website profiling, search engine keyword analysis, and secondary research aggregation
Review performance of offers/creatives and support A/B testing, along with supporting landing page optimization with an eye on the ultimate sales/conversions (ROAS)
Oversee development of sales funnels, landing pages and websites with Content Team
Provide leadership to web developers, content writers, and graphic designers to ensure paid ads and social media content is optimized for business targets
Oversee responsibility for all SEM & SMM tracking tools used
Oversee inbound marketing automations, and campaigns
Continuously monitor your accounts for performance and collaborate with inter-team stakeholders to make strategic improvements to existing campaigns that increase ROI
Campaign reporting – create both the development of reports for MK Way, our clients as well as communication of results and actioning of strategic direction
Meet with clients on occasion to offer insights on areas of opportunity within marketing campaigns
Teach, coach and educate members of the MK Way team about digital marketing strategy and best practices in the industry
Provide industry thought leadership on SEM & SMM (paid & social advertising)
Participation in networking events
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Google Ads Certified — Certified in Search, Display, Youtube, Shopping, and App promotion.
Google Analytics Certified - up-to-date certification with Google Analytics
Hubspot Certified - up-to-date certification from Hubspot Inbound Marketer
Meta Certified -
Particular strength or substantial experience with Marketing Strategy
A strong understanding of landing pages & CRO
A strong understanding of Sales and Marketing funnels & online tools
A strong understanding of
self-disciplined, self-managed all while managing competing priorities and working well under pressure in a 100% remote environment
Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of how to track and measure results
Experience working on cross-functional digital marketing campaigns
Strong team player within diverse teams and ability to collaborate among them
Self-motivated and driven to reach goals/objectives
Management experience with strengths in coaching and mentoring tea
Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML/CSS, Google Analytics and/or comfortable editing within source code.
Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms.
Ability to problem-solve & identify areas of opportunity for optimization
Ability to learn new technologies with ease
Advanced Google Workspace skills - Docs, Sheets, Slides
Strong attention to detail and a high level of quality
