Admin Data Entry – Virtual Office Assistant

Job Description:
• Processing Student applications to Universities, Colleges and other Institutions.

• Using our Salesforce CRM Platform to maintain database by entering new and updated student and account information.

• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.

• Processes account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.

• Responsibility for ensuring the accurate processing of applications including data entry and record keeping via the CRM platform.

• Performing other duties occasionally which are not included above, but will be consistent with the role.

• Ensuring that confidentiality & Data Protection is maintained when undertaking duties.

• Communicate with team online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar apps

Requirements:
• IT Literacy
• Software: Microsoft Office: Word, PDF Reader/Editor
• English Language Proficiency - Good command of English language, both oral and written
• Following Data Protection Laws for sensitive data
• Secure Computer

Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge and ability to use computers and other emerging technologies.
• Ability to maintain admissions and student academic records files via CRM.
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Knowledge of the most common software (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail)
• Experience on using Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
