JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
As a Personal Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial statements for two separate Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) in Oklahoma USA and personal finances for an individual. This includes creating, then continuing to update weekly updated income statements and balance sheets for each entity, as well as accurately accounting for purchases and income for each LLC. The first LLC has one employee, while the second LLC holds three real estate properties. Additionally, you will also monitor and track personal financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze financial statements for two separate LLCs and personal finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Prepare weekly updated income statements and balance sheets for each entity, summarizing financial performance and providing insights.

Accurately account for purchases and income for each LLC, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Monitor and track personal financial transactions, including expenses, investments, and other financial activities.

Provide recommendations and insights to improve financial performance, identify potential risks and opportunities, and support decision-making processes.

Stay up-to-date with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, and ability to analyze financial data.
Experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably with a focus on LLCs and real estate investments.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Proficient in using financial software and tools, including QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
Professional certifications, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), are a plus.
