Who are we looking for?
The Listing Manager is an individual who is detail-oriented, knows how to handle multiple projects and urgencies at once, draws energy from working with people, and proactive. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality and details. They demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The Listing Manager must be adaptable to change and be solutions-oriented.
They will be a part of the entire listing signed to close process and buyer purchase process, overseeing the Listing Coordinator and Transaction Coordinator, to ensure all properties are seamlessly launched, marketed, and closed with little or no hassle to clients and third parties. This individual must be proactive, organized, and provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills as they will be both client-facing and overseeing the Field Coordinator, Listing Coordinator, and Transaction Coordinator on the team.
What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire listing to launch to contract to close process (from when a listing agreement is signed to close of escrow) as well as buyer purchased properties
-Implement strategies to create a seamless customer experience throughout a transaction
-Oversee checklists, timelines, and deadlines for all listings and purchases with buyers
-Proactively communicate with all clients, vendors, and third parties to ensure timely updates and constant status check-ins
-Manage and oversee the Field Coordinator, Listing Coordinator, and Transaction Coordinator
Essential duties and responsibilities:
-Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, vendors, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage all tasks that are involved in launching a property, getting it into contract, and closing effectively
-Work with Listing Coordinator to coordinate all work to be done at a property with vendors, schedule inspections, photography, etc.
-Communicate with tenants for inspections and walkthroughs, relaying any crucial information to Field Coordinator
-Oversee ensuring all properties are compliant, with all Due Diligence items and disclosures completed and recieved
-Manage project management system and checklists, ensuring all are up-to-date at the beginning and end of every day
-Stay on top of timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and properties are launched on time, marketed, toured, in escrow and closed
-Communicate regularly and proactively with the client to send them reminders, check-ins, and let them know what to expect in each step
-Establish relationships with all third parties including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and all agents in order to ensure a smooth process and share relevant information
-Know the status of all transactions at any given time for all questions that arise throughout the transaction process
-Stay in good communication with the agent if any issues arise that they need to handle or negotiate
-Ensure a smooth transition process from Listing Coordinator to Transaction Coordinator when a property gets into contract
-Ensure all deadlines are met and executed properly and efficiently

Compensation
$10-$12/hour
