Etsy & Shopify Store Manager

Position: Shopify Manager

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Product Listing Specialist to join our team who also has a lot of experience on Etsy and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate should have experience in listing products on Shopify & Etsy and creating product descriptions, bullet points, product tags, titles, SEO URLs, images on Canva, and SEO meta descriptions.

Responsibilities:

1. List products on Shopify and create accurate product descriptions, bullet points, and titles. The listings automatically sync to Etsy and get published to the Etsy store.
2. Ensure product images are high quality and edited using Canva.
3. Add appropriate tags to improve search engine optimization (SEO) on both Shopify and Etsy. (Etsy store is integrated with Shopify via an App)
4. Create SEO-friendly URLs for each product on Shopify.
5. Write clear and concise meta descriptions for each product to improve search engine visibility.
6. Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the product listing best practices.
7. Email customer support to customers.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in product listing on Shopify.
2. Familiarity with Canva or similar image editing software.
3. Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
4. Ability to write clear and concise product descriptions and meta descriptions.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
6. Able to write professionally to customers in English.
