Construction Estimator

Falcon Takeoff, a recently founded startup that specializes in construction material estimates for residential properties across Canada and the US, is seeking a part-time Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the estimation process for multiple projects. Responsibilities: Estimate construction materials for residential projects Participate in meetings with contractors and clients through Zoom/Google Meetings Data input and updating Analysis of quotes and scope of work Ability to read and interpret Architectural and Engineer drawings Provide clear and accurate estimates Maintain detailed records of all estimates Requirements: Previous experience using PlanSwift or StackCT Effective communication skills Advanced computer skills Experience with North American materials Available to work 9 PM to 1 AM PH timezone, Monday to Friday Ability to read and interpret Architectural and Engineer drawings Experience estimating Lumber, Drywall, Thermal, Concrete, Painting, Roofing, Siding, etc. This is a part-time position that requires 20 hours of work per week.
