Website Designer/ Elementor

We want to hire someone for these deliverables - this is a time sensitive project so we want someone who can communicate well and someone who can start immediately! We are meaning to add Tabs (i.e. Store, Coaching, etc.) to our already established website, also maybe 5-6 interior pages, and a Pop Up WIndow, also to overhaul the whole appearance of our website.
