Video Editor

Hello, I am looking for someone who can do video editing work including cutting out all the unusable parts of interviews, creating transcripts from them, adding b-roll to make rough cuts and potentially even someone to make final cuts of videos. The more experienced and talented the more opportunity for higher pay and more work. I currently have about 30 - 60 hours of work ready to go. Most work will include cutting 1-2 hours of interviews down to 2-5 minutes and then adding b-roll to make a compelling video.

Must be fluent in English, have Adobe Premiere Pro CC and overall have a good sense of what makes for compelling video.

I have been working in this field for nearly 20 years and plan to continue working in this field so there would be lots of opportunities for continued work for the right person. We hired a motion graphics artist about 7-8 years ago as a freelancer and we have been giving him steady work since.

Ideally, this person would be able to work some during 9am-5pm CST time zone so we can touch base everyday. Please let me know if this is possible and what times.
