Job Title: Credit Repair Specialist

Job Summary: The Credit Repair Specialist is responsible for helping individuals improve their credit scores and repair their credit histories. The specialist works with clients to review credit reports, identify errors or inaccuracies, and develop a personalized plan to address negative items. The credit repair specialist also communicates with credit bureaus and creditors to dispute inaccurate information and negotiate on behalf of the client. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Review credit reports and identify errors, inaccuracies, or negative items that could be affecting a client's credit score. • Develop a personalized plan to address negative items and improve a client's credit score. • Communicate with clients to provide guidance, support, and updates throughout the credit repair process. • Work with credit bureaus and creditors to dispute inaccurate information and negotiate on behalf of the client. • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. • Keep up-to-date with changes in credit laws and regulations.

Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in credit repair, financial counseling, or related field. • Strong knowledge of credit laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credit reporting software.

Working Conditions: The specialist may also work remotely or conduct virtual meetings with clients. The position may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate client schedules.
