Tech-Savvy Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are looking for a tech-savvy part-time Marketing Coordinator for our IT Solution Provider company. We have been in business for 16 years and we need additional administrative staff to support our growth. We are looking for someone that can coordinate our marketing efforts and grow within our company.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

- Scheduling social media posts
- Email list management
- Blog posting pre-written articles
- Market/Client/Competitor Research
- Sending regularly scheduled reports
- Documentation of recorded processes
- LinkedIn Marketing
- Landing page creation
- Landing page creation
- Graphic design editing in Canva

Required Experience:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional English reading/writing/speaking skills

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

- Canva for graphic design
- GoHighLevel for email list management
- GoHighLevel for social media post scheduling
- Using WordPress for posting blog articles and creating landing pages
- Expert in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams

*** We will provide training as necessary, but you should be an expert in GoHighLevel and have strong graphic design skills in Canva. ***

This is a great learning opportunity for someone with the willingness to learn. We are highly technical company, you will learn better use of technology as part of our team. We are based in New Jersey (GMT-5) and although we do not need you to work solely in our time zone, we will require some availability around our working hours in case I need to communicate with you in real-time regularly.

This is a part-time position with about 10 hours per week. You will receive a weekly payment.
