Rainbow Property Maintenance is a fast-growing Facility maintenance and janitorial company focused on dominating the Chicagoland market and expanding across the U.S.. We provide high-quality facility maintenance services, and now we’re looking for a driven and skilled Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to help us grow even faster!

What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation & Outreach

Research, identify, and generate high-quality leads for janitorial and facility maintenance services in the Chicagoland (local for now, Nationwide after).
Develop targeted email outreach campaigns, cold calls, and LinkedIn prospecting to connect with potential clients.
Manage and optimize CRM lead pipelines to ensure strong follow-ups and conversion tracking.

Marketing & Local SEO experience is a must!!!

Execute SEO strategies focused on the U.S. market to improve website rankings and drive traffic.
Optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings and create local citations to improve search visibility.
Help develop content strategies that support SEO, including blog posts, social media updates, and landing pages.
Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, adjusting campaigns for better performance.

Sales Support & Conversion Optimization

Assist in crafting compelling offers and promotions to convert leads into customers.
Track marketing and lead generation KPIs to measure success and optimize strategies.
Support in improving website conversion rates through better call-to-action placements and content adjustments.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in lead generation & outreach (LinkedIn, cold emails, CRM, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO & digital marketing (especially for U.S.-based businesses).
- Experience with Google My Business, local citations, and keyword optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (must be fluent).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to help grow a company aggressively.
- Experience with tools like ZOHO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar is a plus.
