JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a Personal Real Estate Virtual Assistant to help me scale my business ** MUST HAVE REVA EXPERIENCE, PLEASE LIST YOUR PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN YOUR MESSAGE AND ATTACH YOUR FORMAL RESUME / EXPERIENCES ** Here are my needs ; - Organizing my daily tasks / updating spreadsheets. - Doing basic email follow-up. - Organizing my CRM & Other lead-generation tools. - Managing client follow-up tasks / reminding me of important calls/appointments. - Putting together PDF files, getting sheets from the MLS, scheduling showings. - Designing packets. - Organizing/managing the to-do list of my other part-time virtual assistant with my direction. Some of the requests : - Professional communication skills / English (WhatsApp / Email / Google voice) - Thoroughly completing tasks - Easy to give directions too. - Organized - Great work ethic - Attention to details - In your response, Make sure to tell me what your favorite color is to make sure you're actually reading this. - Preferably work on US hours 9 AM-5 pm (EST) - Leadership / Ability to adapt and take on important tasks with little guidance. Tools : - MLS (Paragon) - KVCore (CRM) - Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets, Google docs, Google Voice) - MOJO Dialer (Prospecting) - Todoist (Todolist / task tracking.) - Here is how I operate my VAs; - Will have step-by-step SOPs for tasks (text & links) - Will offer bonuses to a rockstar VA performance.. - Deadlines will be given on all tasks. - 2-way feedback (to you and from you to me.)
